Warm-up: If a warm current becomes cool what will happen to the temperature of the land near it?

Today in Class:
  • Finish grading p.142 (1-14)
  • Watched "There's No Place Like Earth"
  • Started reading chapter 10, section 3, and answering all reading and standard checks.
Homework:
  • Finish anyting not finished in class.
  • Tomorrow is the last day to turn in permission slips for the field trip.


Challenger Center Field Trip
The Orange Team will go to the Challenger on November 30, 2012. Some of our students will attend on November 29, 2012, since our team is so large (those students already know who they are). The cost is $6.00. Students need to have permission slips and money back to me by Friday November 16, 2012.
 
During the trip students need to bring their own lunch and drink. There are not any vending machines where we will be. Students may request that the cafeteria make them a sack lunch instead. Those request need to made as soon as possible
